I contacted Mr Alvin CHARM on 11th May 2020 to help me find a tenant for my unit. He was detail in his explanation regards to his marketing campaign. I was convinced and appointed him as my exclusive agent on 13th May 2020. As this was the first time renting out the apartment, Alvin guided me step by step regards to the information that I had to furnish. Mr Alvin has helped me relocate to my new rented condo. He was representing the house-owner as he was his agent, still he helped me with the entire process (though it was not his responsibility). Given the lockdown situation, it was not easy to get a look of the house physically. Still he managed to help me with virtual tool, pics and video of all the sections i had asked for. This unit was partially furnished initially, upon my request, Alvin managed to convince the owner to provide bed, TV, for the unit and get it furnished.
